Beim Kauf wurde versprochen diese zu beheben, bei der Lieferung waren die Mängel behoben! Lieferung war sehr schnell bei mir (nur 4 Tage). Fazit: War sehr zufrieden!

Ich habe ein extrem gut klingendes und wunderschönes generalüberholes Sauterklavier zu einem sehr fairen Preis gekauft. Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Transport und 1. Stimmung sowie drei Jahre Garantie waren im Preis inbegriffen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Kaiser Klavierhaus sind sehr gut. Ich habe vor zwei Monaten ein gebrauchtes Klavier im Klavierhaus gekauft. Die Terminvereinbarung war problemlos und kundenorientiert, die Beratung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch das im Kaufpreis inkludierte Stimmen des Klaviers nach einer angemessenen Akklimationszeit am neuen Aufstellort hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr professionell und freundlich.
Nach einem Wasserschaden, wurde blitzschnell reagiert und ein Termin vereinbart um das Piano auf Schäden zu begutachten und aus dem betroffenen Bereich zu bringen. ***************************************** Sehr nett, super unkompliziert und mega schnell geliefert!
